Important Health Services Information:
All prescription medicines, will require a Doctor’s signature in order for the School Nurse to administer the medicine to your student while at school. Medications must be provided to the school by the parent or guardian in the original container.

Reminder for rising 7th graders:
Starting in August 2013, all seventh graders will be REQUIRED by state law to get the Tdap vaccine to protect them against whooping cough (Pertussis). Students who haven’t had a Tdap vaccination will not be allowed to attend school. An updated copy of your student’s immunization record showing this must be turned in to the school nurse.
